Acceptance of Terms: By accessing and using our services, including visiting our showroom, browsing our catalog, or making a purchase, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Product Information

Product Accuracy: We make every effort to display accurate and detailed product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, there may be slight variations in color, texture, or design due to lighting conditions and monitor settings.
Availability: Product availability is subject to stock. In case an item is out of stock, we will inform you of the expected restock or suggest alternative products.

3. Ordering

Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact our customer service team.
Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations may incur a restocking fee. Please contact us promptly if you need to cancel your order.

4. Pricing & Payment

Pricing: All prices listed are in NZD and are subject to change without notice. Any applicable taxes, shipping, and handling charges will be added to the final price at checkout.
Payment Methods: We accept payments through credit/debit card payments, bank transfers, or other available payment options. Payment is required at the time of purchase to secure your order.
Refunds: Refunds are available for faulty or damaged products. If a refund is necessary, it will be issued to the original payment method within 15 days of product return.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on your location and the availability of products. Our typical delivery time frame is 2 to 7 business days after the order is processed. You will be notified of the delivery status through email or phone.
Shipping Fees: Shipping charges will be calculated based on the delivery location, product weight, and selected shipping method.
Inspection on Delivery: Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items for any visible damage. If there are any issues, please contact our customer service team within 3 days for resolution.

6. Installation Services

Scheduling Installation: If you opt for installation services, our team will schedule a convenient time for installation once the products are delivered.
Installation Charges: Installation fees are separate from product costs and will be outlined at the time of purchase.
Responsibility: While we strive to complete the installation with the utmost care, we are not responsible for any issues related to pre-existing conditions in your space, such as structural concerns.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy: Products may be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided they are in unused and resalable condition. A restocking fee may apply.
Damaged or Faulty Items: If a product is damaged or defective upon delivery, please notify us within 7 days. We will offer a replacement or a refund.
Exchanges: Exchanges are accepted for products that are damaged or defective. Please contact our customer service team to initiate an exchange.

9. Warranty

Product Warranty: Our products come with a [5]-five years warranty against defects in material and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or improper installation.

10. Liability

Force Majeure: QM Lining will not be held responsible for any delays or failure in service caused by unforeseen events such as natural disasters, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.

Amendments: QM Lining reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and are effective immediately upon publication.
